HYQ14FBF smart fob (Texas H-8A chip); a HYQ14FBZ (board 3410) variant also appears from 2020. From 2020, US all-keys-lost generally requires Toyota/Lexus server codes with locksmith-credentialed (NASTF VSP) access or tool-specific authorization; add-a-key with a working fob is less restricted.
