Our reviews policy: real ones or none

The locksmith trade is infamous for fake five-star walls — testimonials written by marketers, star widgets with invented numbers, "review" pages no platform can verify. We don't play. This site shows only reviews that live on independent platforms where we can't edit or delete them.

Where to read and leave reviews

Our Google Business Profile is being verified (locksmiths go through Google's strictest verification tier — rightly so). Once it's live, this page will link straight to it. Had a job done? Hold onto that review — we'd love it there.

What we promise instead

• Every review you'll ever see from us links to its original, independent source.
• We respond to critical reviews factually and fix what was fixable.
• We never pay for, gate, or trade reviews.

The fastest way to judge a locksmith is still the phone call. Call (213) 577-1366 — any hour — and listen for whether you get straight answers.
