What we collect

• Callback form: if you ask us to call you back, we collect the name, phone number, service, and city you type. We use them to call you back about that request — nothing else.
• Phone calls: when you call (213) 577-1366, we see your number like any business you call.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people (page views and events such as tapping a call button). Google Analytics sets cookies; see Google's privacy documentation for how Google processes this data.

No accounts, no newsletters, no advertising trackers, no data brokers.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
• We do not buy data about you from anyone.
• We keep service records (what work was done, where, for whom) confidential — a locksmith's records describe how your property opens, and we treat them that way.

Retention and security

Callback requests are kept only as long as needed to complete the work and our bookkeeping obligations. Access to records is limited to the people who need them to do the job.
