The 2013–2016 Fusion uses the same key setup, so everything on this page applies to those years too. The full picture is on the Ford Fusion key guide.

Vendors genuinely split on the 2013-2016 flip key (N5F-A08TAA / 164-R7986): UHS lists it as 128-bit, CLK/Strattec copy says Texas 4D63 80-bit, and a locksmith guide claims Hitag Pro — we read the existing key or test the chip before cutting. Titanium trims use a smart proximity fob with push-button start.
Same key system as the 2013–2016 Fusion
Ford kept the Fusion's key system unchanged across 2013–2016, so everything about replacing a 2014 key — blanks, programming, and what happens if every key is lost — matches the rest of that run. The full year-by-year breakdown lives in our Ford Fusion key guide.
What drives the price is the key type, whether you still have a working key, and where the car is parked. There's more on Ford programming in general on our Ford key page.
