Final LS model year — a 250-unit LS 500 AWD Heritage Edition closes out the generation (the LS 500h hybrid ended after 2025). Key hardware carries over from the XF50 run and is confirmed by VIN; all-keys-lost generally requires server-code authorization.

Same key system as the 2018–2026 LS

Lexus kept the LS's key system unchanged across 2018–2026, so everything about replacing a 2026 key — blanks, programming, and what happens if every key is lost — matches the rest of that run. The full year-by-year breakdown lives in our Lexus LS key guide.

What drives the price is the key type, whether you still have a working key, and where the car is parked. There's more on Lexus programming in general on our Lexus key page.
